Ingredients
For the Steak
Ribeye or sirloin steak – 1 lb
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
For the Peppers and Onions
Red bell pepper – 1 sliced
Green bell pepper – 1 sliced
Yellow bell pepper – 1 sliced
Onion – 1 large sliced
Garlic – 2 cloves minced
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides
Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove and let it rest
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté onions for 2 minutes
Add bell peppers and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender but slightly crisp
Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce, cooking for 1 minute
Slice the steak against the grain and return it to the skillet
Toss everything together until well combined and heated through
Serve hot with your favorite sides
