Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup honey
½ cup ketchup
½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced (plus more for garnish)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Spray your slow cooker insert with non-stick spray.
2. Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the bottom.
3. In a bowl, whisk honey, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, and green onions.
4. Pour sauce over the chicken, covering completely.
5. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours until tender.
6. Serve over rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with extra green onions.
Notes
You can swap honey with brown sugar for a deeper flavor.
Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce saltiness.
Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
Reheat gently with a splash of water to loosen sauce.
