Description

These Power Muesli Breakfast Bars are no-bake, nutrient-rich, and perfect for busy mornings. With oats, seeds, and dried fruit, they deliver energy and flavor in every bite — great for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout fuel.


Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: shredded coconut, chocolate chips, cinnamon


Instructions

Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment. In a large bowl, mix oats, cereal, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Heat honey and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Press mixture into the dish firmly and chill for 1 hour. Cut into bars and enjoy.
