Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 (16 oz) package frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain fat.
3. Stir in mushroom soup, season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread beef mixture into a 9×13 baking dish.
5. Top with frozen tater tots, then cheddar cheese.
6. Bake uncovered 35–40 minutes until tots are golden.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
