Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes)

1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup chicken broth
½ tsp lemon zest
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
Add the chicken bites and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
Step 2: Grill the Chicken
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it.
Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer.
Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4: Combine & Serve
Add the grilled chicken bites into the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Let them simmer for 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
