Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings (fresh)
1 cup honey
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Place the chicken wings into the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar.
3. Pour the mixture over the wings, reserving ¼ cup of sauce.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 3 hours.
5. (Optional) Transfer wings to a foil-lined baking sheet, brush with reserved sauce.
6. Broil for 3–4 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in oven or air fryer to maintain texture.
You can freeze cooked wings for up to 2 months.
