Description
Chicken Million Dollar Spaghetti is the ultimate comfort casserole — creamy, cheesy, and packed with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and layers of flavor. It’s a family favorite that brings warmth and joy to every bite.
Ingredients
16 ounces spaghetti
2 eggs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Two 10-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound bacon
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble when cooled.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and parmesan cheese. Toss this with the cooked spaghetti.
5. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and seasonings. Mix well.
6. Pour half of the spaghetti into the prepared pan, then spread half of the creamy mixture on top. Repeat with the remaining spaghetti and sauce.
7. Top with extra mozzarella and bake uncovered for 30–45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
8. Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving to set the layers.
Notes
Make Ahead: Assemble the casserole, cover, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.
Freezing: Wrap tightly in foil and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then bake until hot and bubbly.
For a lighter version, substitute turkey or rotisserie chicken.
Try pairing with a side of bread bowl pasta or Chinese beef noodle soup for a full comfort spread.
