Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef, lean 85/15
2 cups white or jasmine rice, cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup burger sauce or ketchup

Instructions

Cook rice according to package directions and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Scoop cooked rice into bowls and top with the seasoned beef.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over hot beef to melt.
Add toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
Finish with a drizzle of burger sauce or ketchup before serving.

Notes

Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. For low-carb, substitute cauliflower rice. Add jalapeños for extra spice.
